The room is accessed by passing through the common “Living room and internet point” area, and is a room with character, furnished with antique furniture: a well-stocked library, a piano and an open fireplace, which on cold days creates an intimate and warm atmosphere.
The windows overlook an ancient olive grove.
A double room with kitchenette, bathroom and shower, independent heating, air conditioning, adjustable electric blanket and the possibility of an additional bed.

The cost includes: full linen for the beds and the bathrooms (weekly change), electricity, gas and water, initial and final cleaning.
The heating is calculated by hours of use and costs € 1.00 per hour.
Tourism tax 1 € per person per day (max 5 days – under 18, over 75 and disabled people excluded).
