Torre Cangiani is surrounded by an olive grove and a typical lemon grove of coastal (conducted according to a biological method and certified). Obviously, the garden cannot miss, where we grow vegetables and greens for the breakfasts and dinners with our guests and for the needs of the family. At Torre Cangiani, guests have the opportunity to taste our extra-virgin olive oil, tomato sauce, honey, in olive oil vegetables, liquors and jams made from the fruits from the garden.
The biologic extra virgin olive oil is the flagship of our products. As required by the biologic regulation, no chemical treatment is used and the fertilizers are only of organic origin.
The olives are harvested usually during the first half of October and their pressing is done with cold milling on the same day, to better preserve the aromas and the qualities of the oil.
The excellent quality of the soil and totally organic fertilization, but mostly, the love and the passion for this ancient tradition donate to our oil an unforgettable fragrance and richness of nutrients.
