Our farm has been certified Organic by the Suolo e Salute certification body since 1996, which means that we are committed to cultivating our products in a way that respects the environment and the health of our customers.

In addition, we take care of several families of Ligustica honey bees, because we know how important they are for the ecosystem and for the production of high-quality honey. We like to think that our bees contribute to maintaining the natural balance of the area.

We are also attentive to the management of water resources, and for this reason we collect rainwater for the irrigation of our agricultural land, using about 70,000 liters. We like to think that in this way we contribute to preserving the water resource, which we know is precious and limited.

Furthermore, our property is equipped with a 10 kW photovoltaic system, which allows us to produce clean and renewable energy, thus reducing our ecological footprint. We believe that the use of renewable energy sources is an important step towards a more sustainable world.

Finally, during the winter months, the main house of the agriturismo is heated with a wood-fired boiler, which produces hot water and heating. In this way, we use a renewable and low-impact energy source, reducing the use of fossil fuels.
